Wherever we've been or wherever we're going it's always nice to bring something familiar along for the ride. No matter how wild the adventure gets, how unfamiliar the territory, how bumpy the road... it's calming to have that one thing that reminds us to embrace the moment. That one thing that reminds us the more things change the more they stay the same. 

For me it's these timeless Minnetonka slippers. They represent where I've been, where I'm at, and where I'm going. My father wore them when I was a child, I wear them today, and will wear them when I'm a father. Like a great friend they will always be there for me when nothing else is...

Those L.L.Bean mocs are great. I don't wear the Minnetonka fleece mocs on the street but I know those that do. I rock these curbside...
