Sunglasses are one of the most expressive pieces of style we have. I love watching classic films and looking at old iconic photos to check out the frames the guys were wearing. Now that summer is approaching an essential part of our wardrobe is a great pair of sunglasses. There's only one place I go to for eyewear and that's Silver Lining Opticians.
My friends Jordan Silver and Erik Sacher are two of the coolest guys in eyewear. If you've ever seen an amazing pair of shades on the likes of Jay-Z to Daniel Day-Lewis, odds are they came from their store Silver Lining Opticians. Their knowledge and expertise inspires me every time I walk into their Soho boutique. Not only do I love checking out the frames and decor but Jordan always tells the most amazing stories about the history of eyewear, technically and culturally. So much so that I had to get it on film to share with all of you. I sat down with Jordan to talk about classic eyewear for the second installment in my series on the theme of classic for K-Swiss. Thanks again to Ryan for the opportunity. Please enjoy and if you're searching for that perfect pair of glasses look no further...

Agreed, what a great concept for a store.
I still wear a pair of Ray Bans Bohemians from the early 90's (no longer made). I love them and have yet to find something I like enough to replace them.
Great work again Jake.

This guy talks like he's constipated and trying to have a bowel movement via his mouth. Also, dudes, it's just glasses. "The kanyes, the jays and the rihannas" are just mediocre idiots who "made it". It doesn't mean the have good taste. In fact they don't.

Grey days = aloud to wear what you want. But we woke up got some breakfast and then I got all the stuff out to give Lucian a haircut. He hated it. He always does. But he doesn't look cute with longer shaggy hair. I tried to let it grow and he just looked neglected. So it was back to the little boy fade 2 3 4 easy easy. after a fade you need a bath so I ran his bath and he was so mad he didn't want to get in. He screamed in the bath and bonked his face on the tub and ended up waasdfith a bloody nose. It was really really messy. I was freakin out a little. Nik was at work so it was just me.
