sigh... i know. I just would hope that people, such as Jake Davis, who are lucky enough to have unique opportunities would dig deeper and showcase interesting art outside of the mainstream, instead of pretending he knows about cool shit before everyone else.
I guess it's what they say is true. All the money in the world can't buy talent, originality or an interesting vision.

True. I do feel sorry for him though. His money got him into a world that he'll never actually be a part of, as he's an untalented dude fronting as an artist. As the years progress I'm sure his lack of vision will become painstakingly clear. In a way it has to suck. He seems dedicated. He just happens to be boring and not understand what makes artists artists, which is forward thinking an ignoring what's cool and making your own cool. Well, I guess good for him if he's lucky enough to float by without making anything innovative.
