I recently had the great pleasure of directing this Boast editorial with my good friend, L.A. based photographer Nicholas Maggio featuring the beautiful model Adrianne Ho. We've been spending a lot of time together on the west coast and thought it would be really interesting to tell that story visually through the relationship between style and environment.

Hand picking select pieces from the Boast Spring/Summer '13 collection the narrative throughline explores this NYC it girl's adaptation in her active lifestyle to the SoCal Summer. Hermès silk do-rag, vintage leather tennis bag, Turkish towel swag... Just a few things running through my head. Life imitates art or art imitates life. I might never know.
